Where to apply?

Apply for an ITIN in-person using the services of Our-authorized Certifying Acceptance Agent. This will prevent you from having to mail your proof of identity and foreign status documents.

When should I apply?

You can apply for an ITIN any time during the year when you have a filing or reporting requirement.  

With extensive experience in consulting and industry companies, Mr Willis wanted to create a Business that truly influenced and changed the way a company works. Providing service to customers with a "Code of Ethics", Tom's favorite saying is: "A fair exchange is pure economics; Never speculate with people's money and trust".

Mr Willis grew-up in Jersey City, NJ;  attended Grammar School, High School and Community College in that city.  From Jersey City Mr Willis joined the U.S. Army and served in the Regular Army for six years and in the U.S. Army Reserve for three years, earning two Honorable Discharges with the following medals:  Good Conduct Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Republic of Vietnam Service Medal and Expert Auto-Rifleman Badge. 

After his first tour of duty in the U.S. Army Tom worked for Rayette Faberge' as a Messenger & Stock Room Clerk; 14 months later he was promoted to Supervisor of the Shipping & Receiving Department.  Two years later Mr Willis was offered a position with Seaboard Finance Co. as an Assistant Manager.  Rayette Faberge' urged Tom to take the position and gave him a fantastic going-away-party.  This position with Seaboard Finance Co. assisted the Branch Manager with interviewing customers for loans and checking their financial backgrounds.  And too,  collected debts from customers who fell behind with their payments.

During his term in the Army Reserve, Mr Willis worked in a duel status position for the Federal Goverment as an Aministrative Supply Technician; GS-6 and as a Sargeant in the U.S. Army Reserve After three years of service with the U.S. Federal Civil Service Commision Mr Willis resigned his position and started a Janitorial Business in Jersey City, NJ called Quality Floor Clinic,  for five years and returned to college as a candidate for a Bachelor Degree in Business Management and Finance. Then Tom migrated to South Jersey to start a Construction Company in Atlantic City, NJ.

While operating the construction company Mr. Willis returned to school again; but this time took a Hotel Casino Services and Management Course at Atlantic County College Business Careers Institute.  After completing that course Tom took an Income Tax Preparation Course with H&R Block.  When this course was completed Tom registered with IRS as a Professional Tax Preparer.

 Mr. Willis put all of his Managment Skills and Business Ownership into one basket and Quality Management Plus was born.
